Write to concierge@realozbabes.com. We aim to reply within two business days. For anything time-sensitive — a takedown, a safety concern — put URGENT in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
What happens next
Your email reaches a human, not a ticket queue. We reply from the same address every time, we never add you to a mailing list, and advertiser correspondence stays between us — discretion applies to both sides of the directory. If your matter needs a listing suspended while we look into it, we say so in the first reply.
What to include
- Listing concerns: the profile name and suburb, and what you saw.
- Corrections: the page URL and the line that is wrong.
- Advertising: your business, the section you are interested in, and timing.
- Press or legal: a short brief and your deadline.
Report a concern about a listing
If a profile looks fake, misrepresents someone, appears to involve a minor, or otherwise breaks our terms, report it — you do not need an account and we keep reports confidential. Send the profile name and suburb, what you saw, and a screenshot if you have one. Listings under active review are suspended from the directory until the concern is resolved.
Concerns involving immediate safety or a crime should also go to the police on 000 (emergency) or the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 — a directory takedown is not an emergency response.

Real Oz Babes accepts a limited number of advertisers. Editorial content and advertising are kept strictly separate: no paid placement inside guides, no paid ranking in listings. Start with a note to the address above including your business and the format you have in mind.
