Privacy

Privacy policy.

Short version: we collect as little as the site needs to work, we do not sell it, and this page explains the rest.

Who we are and what this covers

This policy covers realozbabes.com — a curated Australian companion directory — and the small amount of personal information the site handles. It is written to be consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles administered by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

What we collect

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. If analytics are added later, this section will name them, what they store, and how to refuse them — before any such change goes live.

How long we keep things

Enquiry emails are kept while the conversation is live and for a short period after, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Advertiser profile details stay published only while a listing is live. Removal requests are handled through the takedown process described in our terms.

Keeping information safe

We apply reasonable safeguards, proportionate to the small amount of information the site holds. Access is limited to the people who operate the site.

No payment card data passes through the site, and there are no customer accounts or password databases to breach.

Overseas disclosure

The site runs without advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information with data brokers.

If any service we rely on — hosting, email, or future analytics — creates an overseas disclosure, we will name it and the country involved here first.

Access and correction

If you are an advertiser and want to see the information we hold about you, or correct it, write to the address on the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Complaints

Privacy complaints go to the same address. If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may complain to the OAIC, which regulates Australian privacy law.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. The current version was prepared in 2026 as part of the concept build and will receive legal review before public launch.
